Mind-Aided Vacuum Energy Release

Some history. The project for MAVER, from mind-aided vacuum energy release, was announced on September 17, 1991, and a research proposal was mailed to U.S. Department of Energy in March 1994. A draft version of the project was posted on my web site on December 22, 1996, and two outlines were released on October 7, 1997 and on June 2, 1998.

I believe the first off task toward MAVER is to reveal the nature of the intact quantum world in the global mode of spacetime, and to elevate its mental image (qualia) at the level of consciousness. Thus, we should be able to obtain real-time feedback from potential quantum states, by establishing a sustained quantum entanglement between the human brain and the controlled quantum system, hence opening a gateway to the quantum vacuum.

Briefly, it is conjectured that the potential states in the global spacetime mode of the human brain can overlap with the the potential states in the global spacetime mode of the quantum world, and hence the human brain can act on the intact quantum world. If the two potential states or 'steering wheels' overlap, the 'driver' (the human mind) can take control over them. Subjectively, we operate with a new mental image and a new UNspeakable feeling that comes with it. Then we simply learn a new motor skill.

What I certainly do not know is how to represent the potential states of the human brain and those of quantum systems with the metric of spacetime. Is the human brain capable of creating a warp drive? What is the nature of gravity in the quantum realm?

As to the alleged 'oceans of free energy', the putative scalar potential and its photon/antiphoton mechanism, and the new book by Tom Bearden Energy from the Vacuum: Concepts and Principles (Cheniere Press, Bakersfield, CA, September 2002; email: Cheniere Press <marcia27@softhome.net>), see two critical remarks, by A.L.T. de Carvalho and W.A. Rodrigues Jr., The Non Sequitur Mathematics and Physics of the 'New Electrodynamics' of the AIAS Group, Random Operators and Stochastic Equations 9, 161-206 (2001), physics/0302016, and by Arkadiusz Jadczyk, Critical Notes on Tom Bearden and Richard Hoagland - NOTES on AIAS.

Perhaps the new energy technologies should be PHI-assisted, since the only "device" that might have access to the quantum vacuum is the human brain. But do we know the nature of spacetime? See my feedback to Nature and a number of distinguished scholars.

Given the whole bundle of unresolved tasks, one can ask a perfectly legitimate question: is there anything we can be certain about PHI? Two things only: it works, and can not be used against people or any living system. If a mosquito is trying to bite my arm, I can (and probably will) smash it with my hand. I can not use PHI to kill it, however. If I use PHI, I will get entangled with the mosquito and will import my sharp negative reaction into its potential future, which will block its intention to bite my arm, simply because the two entangled parties, me and the mosquito, do not want to get hurt. Hence the combat applications of PHI are zero. Zilch. We can't use PHI to kill or harm anymore than The Gospel. Forget it.

Now, replace the mosquito with bin Laden, and recall 9/11. What could have happened if my proposal was discussed by the Department of Energy back in March 1994? Or if my posting to Q-Mind of 16 July 1998 and email of May 8, 2001 to fifty-two theoretical physicists had evoked some interest?

People just read and keep quiet. Since May 27th this year, I've written three times to TIA but nobody acknowledged the receipt of my email. As explained perspicuously by Ted Senator, "our task is more akin to having millions of jigsaw puzzles without the pictures, and having access to only a small fraction of the pieces." This is precisely what the human brain does in pattern recognition. The final stage is called 'binding'. All we need is a human brain.

Well, maybe it's too early. Bin Laden & company would certainly appreciate it, however.
